1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kvx8 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and its users ("players", "members", "you"). By registering with kvx8 or using this platform, you fully accept all of these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated on the promotions page.
• Bonus balance and cash balance are displayed separately.
• Withdrawals can only be made from the cash balance before wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

kvx8 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback benefits increase with each tier — from a weekly maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond. You can progress to higher tiers through regular play. VIP benefits follow their own separate terms and conditions.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts within the same household or placing coordinated bets — is subject to penalties. In such cases, bonuses may be cancelled and accounts may be closed.

6 Gaming Policies

6.1 Fair Play

All games on kvx8 are operated through verified software providers. We are committed to ensuring fair play. If a technical malfunction occurs in any game, the bets for that round will be voided.

6.2 Betting Limits

10 Limitation of Liability

kvx8 is not liable for the following:

• Loss or missed bets caused by internet connection interruptions.
• Delays or errors originating from third-party services (payment gateways, banks).
• Account issues resulting from user negligence or security failures.
• Unforeseen technical failures beyond our control.

11 Changes to Terms and Termination

You may request to close your account at any time. The account will be closed after all legitimate funds have been paid out.

11.3 Our Right to Terminate

In the event of a breach of the Terms, we reserve the right to close an account without prior notice. Funds may be withheld in cases of serious violations.
